- Property standards, cleanliness and the accuracy of a host's listing
- Cancellation terms, which belong to the property or platform
- Whether a landlord or host accepts a particular guest or booking

Fees
Any service charge is confirmed in writing before you commit. You always see the nightly rate and the total before booking.
Common questions
Can you find me a long-term rental or an apartment to live in?
We arrange short-stay accommodation, which is what most people need while they get settled. We can research options and point you in the right direction for a longer lease, but we are not a letting agency and we do not sign tenancies on your behalf.
Can I book somewhere before I know whether my certificate or visa comes through?
You can, but think about the cancellation terms first. We will flag which options are refundable so you are not locked into dates that may move.
