Common questions
Can you get a cheaper fare than booking myself?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. We look for the best value across the options for your dates rather than promising to beat any particular price. If booking direct is cheaper for your trip, we will tell you.
Do you book flights outside CARICOM?
Yes. Flight booking is worldwide, even though the rest of what we do is focused on CARICOM.
What if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
Tell us and we will help you work through the airline's options. The airline sets what it will offer, and any rebooking or refund is its decision under its own conditions of carriage.
A booked flight is not permission to enter a country. Entry, visas and length of stay are decided by the immigration authority of the country you are travelling to.
