Plan My Move

Tell me where you are starting and where you want to go, and I will tell you what your situation actually needs.

There is no charge for asking. A Move Planning Consultation, where we go through your situation properly, is $100, paid once you send this form.

The journey

From the first question to the day you land

Most people arrive somewhere in the middle of this. Tell us where you are and we will pick it up from there.

  1. Step 1

    Decide where to go

Weigh the countries against cost of living and what you actually want out of the move.

  2. Step 2

    Understand your requirements

Work out what your passport and your destination actually call for.

  3. Step 3

    Prepare CSME or other documents

The documents your route needs, in the right order, checked before anything goes in.

  4. Step 4

Plan banking, business or housing needs

Which bank to approach and what they will want to see. Business registration if that is your route.

  5. Step 5

    Arrange travel and accommodation

Flights, somewhere to stay and airport transfers, booked around the dates your paperwork actually allows.

  6. Step 6

    Arrive and begin settling in

A checklist for the first weeks, and someone to call when something comes up.

We give guidance and practical support at every stage, and we coordinate the parts that are ours to arrange. Decisions on certificates, visas, admission, employment, accounts and tenancies belong to the relevant authority or provider.

Tell us about your move

A few questions so we can point you at the right next step. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

How can we help? Pick as many as apply.

Please do not send passport numbers, bank details or other sensitive information here. We will explain the secure document process once we are in touch.

Ask on WhatsApp

This is an initial enquiry, not a finished plan. Submitting takes you to the $100 consultation payment step; your request is sent once that goes through.

Requirements, processing times and fees are set by each country and change without much warning. Our fee is separate from any government or third-party fee. We prepare and organise; the authorities decide.
