Tobago Cays Marine Park
A cluster of small, uninhabited islands and cays ringed by a horseshoe reef, protected as a marine park and one of the Caribbean's best-known sailing and snorkelling anchorages. Turtles are a regular sight in the shallows.
La Soufrière
St. Vincent's active volcano at the island's northern end, last erupting explosively in April 2021. A demanding hiking trail leads to the crater rim when conditions allow.
St. Vincent Botanic Gardens
Established in 1765, the oldest botanical garden in the Western Hemisphere, in Kingstown. Home to a breadfruit tree descended from Captain Bligh's original 1793 shipment from Tahiti.
Falls of Baleine
A waterfall on St. Vincent's remote northern coast, reachable only by boat, tumbling into a rocky pool a short walk from the beach landing.

How long do we have to be in St. Vincent and the Grenadines before we can marry?
Around a day on the island first. The exact requirement depends on which licence applies to you and on your circumstances, and it is one of the first things I pin down, because it decides your flights and everybody's leave.
What do we need to bring to St. Vincent and the Grenadines?
That depends on where you were born, where you live now and whether either of you has been married before. The form the documents take matters as much as having them, and getting it wrong is what sends couples back to a registry a second time. Getting in is easier, and staying long enough is simpler. The marriage licence itself is the same process as for anyone else who does not live in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, so do not assume free movement covers it.
Does marrying in St. Vincent and the Grenadines let us live there?
No. Marrying in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, or marrying a citizen, does not by itself give you the right to remain. That is a separate immigration question. If moving there is the real plan, tell me at the start and we sort both together.
